Moyle District Council’s Book of Condolence for the death of Nelson Mandela will be available on Rathlin from tomorrow, Thursday 9 January until Monday 13 January. The Book will be in the Resource Centre on Thursday, and the shop on Friday, Saturday and Monday for any island residents that would like to view and sign it.
