Model Yacht Workshop, 22/02/10

Wednesday 3/03/10

A close-up of James chiselling his hull.
Brian continuing the chiselling of his hull.
Cathal chiselling his hull.
Cathal continuing the chiselling.
Marianne continuing the rasping of her hull.
The set expanding foam in Stephen's gouged hull.
The top of the foam cut off - the hull will need more foam before it's ready for the decking.
This week, Stephen was checking the expanding foam he had placed in his gouged hull the day before, while Brian and Marianne continued the planing and rasping of their hulls, and James and Cathal continued the heavy work of chiselling their blocks into hull shapes. All photos Stephen Ryan.
